Wouldn’t it be nice to have a peaceful Monday?

You wake up naturally, without the alarm. You stretch, and feel refreshed enough to start your day with a positive mentality!

In reality, I’m willing to bet that 97% of us didn’t wake up like that at all. We’re probably all crabby, tired, and stressed at the thought of another hectic work week.

But here’s the thing. If we want the day to be better, we have to calm down. Put that fake smile on your face, and practice your people skills, and work on making the rest of the world a happier place. Thank the difficult customer (after all, they’re ALWAYS right) and do your best not to lose your temper when your child asks for their 57th snack of the day or mentions they’re “boooooored” for the 10,000th time.

Take a deep breath, and remember that peace and positivity has to start from within before we can spread it.
