Resilience is an under-rated skill in people. Life will kick you sometimes. It’ll smart, it’ll hurt your feelings, and it will make you mad. And that’s fine!
Get upset! Vent for a minute, and then get up and get on with it.
Somebody who is willing to adapt to change, and is always upbeat will do better than a stubborn, Negative Nancy any day.
