We all have bad days.

You can tell when your work bestie is having an off day. Their door may be closed, the music may be cranked, or they might have on some sad puppy eyes.

Look around the office… Does anyone match the criteria I just listed? Go say something nice! Tell them what a good job they did on that presentation, or let them know how much you appreciate the help they gave you. It takes 5 seconds, and you’ll probably forget about it by the time you get home, but that one kind gesture might be the only positive thing that happens to them today.
