I’m great with motivation, not so great with discipline.
I want to exercise more, and eat healthier! Until it comes time to get up a little earlier, or pass up the cheeseburger and french fries…..
Motivation is only part of the battle. We all want to be better than we are, but all the pep talks in the world don’t mean a thing if you don’t follow through.
Set little goals for yourself. Instead of exercising every day at the gym, try walking for 30 minutes a few times a week. Don’t give up the yummy foods completely, just substitute a salad or some veggies for 2 meals. Holding yourself accountable is easier if you get in the habit.
