-Second Circuit Court of Appeals Shreveport: Closed Thursday & Friday

-Shreveport City Court: Closed Thursday

-Shreveport City Hall Offices: Closed Thursday

-Southern Arkansas University Magnolia: Closed Thursday & Friday

-Shreve Memorial Libraries: Closing at 2pm Wednesday, remaining closed until Aug. 28th, pending any weather damage.

-Southern University at Shreveport Campus Sites: Closing at 3p Wednesday, and will remain closed through the weekend. Classes and normal operations will resume on Monday, Aug. 31st.

-Sportran Bus System: Will stop running at 1:30p Thursday
