Just in time to get us motivated for 2020 on this yucky rainy day!

It’s dreary outside. No way around it. It’s one of those days where you want to climb back in bed right after you look out the window, and nap for another 3 hours.

Unfortunately, it’s a brand new year and we’re fresh out good reasons to take any more days off! Instead of dreading it, make a list of what you want to accomplish today, this week, and this month. Start 2020 strong, and the rest of the year will follow suit.

I’m struggling right along with you! I’m starting a new airshift today, at a time of the day when I’m normally winding down and thinking about going home and sliding in my jammies. Biskies are notorious morning creatures. Want to see world domination? Wake me up at 6 and give me a cup of coffee. Now, I’m having to re-train my mind to think about work later in the day and to keep my mind alert enough to not say anything inappropriate on air…. A true struggle when the caffeine has worn off!

They (experts, I assume) say it takes 7 days to build a habit and get into a routine. You keep pushing me, and I’ll keep pushing you. One week from today, we should be settling into our new routine! And then, we’ll dominate 2020.
